Saturday Market #34: Pretty Much Perfecto

OK, at least it hasn't been a whole month since I've blogged. Just for history's sake, here are a few words about the last outdoor Market, back on Nov. 15. It really was a sweet day. The weather was superb for mid-November, sunny, not too cold. The music was great all day long, especially Kef and The Conjugal Visitors. There were people on the blocks all day long. Since it was a beautiful day, but not too busy, I decided to take a photo of every booth on the Park Blocks. You can have a look at the photos here at flickr, they are pretty fun! I walked around, some folks (like Moon Rainbow) weren't in their booths,

some (like Daniel Conan Young) didn't know I was taking a photo,
Saturday Market 11 15 086
some (like Shawnna Thomas) did,
Saturday Market 11 15 143
so it's a pretty candid photo essay of the day. They are in the order that I took them as I took little excursions through the day. Actually, I did miss getting Delores Sims' booth, but you can see half of it to the left of Queen Irene's booth. Oops, sorry!

I also have to research a couple of names, but I've gotten almost all the booths identified.
So, as I said, a pretty perfect way to wrap up a season. The we headed over to the Fairgrounds, where we're now in the thick of Holiday Market! I hope to get up to speed again later in the week with that. I am finally up to date on photos though, so pop over and have a look.
